Meet Apostle Michael McGee
Founder & Senior Pastor of Revive Church of Memphis
Apostle Michael McGee carries a mantle for revival, prophetic clarity, and strategic outreach. Accepted Christ at age 10 and to called to preach at the age of 16, his journey has been marked by a deep hunger for God and a relentless pursuit of souls. He ministers powerfully in the gifts of prophecy, dream interpretation, and apostolic administration—equipping believers to hear God clearly and act boldly.
His heart beats for the streets. As former Outreach Coordinator for the 007th District Police Faith-Based Initiative in Chicago’s Englewood community, Apostle Michael led evangelistic efforts that touched lives beyond church walls. His passion for reaching the unchurched and activating the called continues to shape Revive Church’s mission in Memphis mentoring youth ages 11-18, leading evangelism teams as in the Creekside Meadows Apartment Complex.
In 2015, he received the apostolic call, and in February 2025, was publicly affirmed into the office of Apostle by Apostle Ken Toney of Dwelling Place International Network, joined by 15 Memphis pastors who recognized and celebrated the call.
A graduate of Roosevelt University with a Bachelor of Professional Studies in Organizational Leadership, Apostle Michael blends spiritual insight with strategic leadership.
He’s been joyfully married to his high school sweetheart, Pastor Shiree, for 27 years. Together, they lead a legacy-driven ministry alongside their children Jon (with his wife Arianna) and Jada, and their grandson London—all serving faithfully in the work of the Lord.
Apostle Michael is raising up prophetic voices, igniting evangelistic fire, and building a church that reaches generations. His life is a testimony—and his ministry is a movement.
